HI, I’M CHANTAL
A Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) with the Certified Nutritional Practitioners Council of Canada (CNPCC), based in Alberta, Canada. I support women in the season they’re in and help them navigate their ADHD, anxiety, postpartum recovery, fertility, and brain health through simple, realistic nutrition and lifestyle strategies for everyday life.
At 31, I was diagnosed with ADHD, after years of feeling like nothing I tried worked for my brain. I realized I never needed to try harder; my brain simply needed a different kind of support. This experience led me to a compassionate, practical approach to health that focuses on working with your brain, not against it.
I work with women who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in cycles of trying to “do it all right” when it comes to their health. I’m here to help you build foundations and habits that support your energy, mood, focus, and overall well-being in real life.
I love making wellness fun, sharing easy recipes, and realistic strategies that make healthy living feel simple and something you want to do in life. If I’m not having a chat with clients, you can find me in my home kitchen testing simple recipes, spending time with my family, or outside getting fresh air.

My 8-month-old loved these!
So easy and delicious. I like to add some protein on the side if I’m having them for breakfast.
4-ingredient banana pancakes
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
4 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Gather all ingredients. Mash bananas in a medium bowl until very smooth. Add the two eggs, mix until combined. Add flour and mix until mixture is smooth. Add cinnamon (if using). Cook in a pan over medium heat, flipping until cooked thoroughly and until golden brown. Delicious with fruit & yogurt on top!
